It was delicious and just hit the spot :DAMDGcoffee, black and piping hot. Later, much later, the first meal was dahl, with a pita bread sandwichy thing: spread with roasted garlic, lebneh, caramelized onions hot off the george foreman. Well, the pita, garlic, onion was hot and added labneh after. I love doing all my cooking in one day!

shukriyya
Not surprisingly caffeination of some kind seems to be the recurring theme here. Question :: Are you hungry when you wake up or soon thereafter? I'm quite impressed with some of y'all's (grammar police avert your eyes) prodigious appetites so early in the day. LostSurprise
You all are making me very hungry at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Lots of cups of hot water because we are out of tea and dh got paid today. I opened a new plain yogurt and added a spoonful of black cherry jam to it but it the consistency was so disgusting and the taste was so off that I couldn't eat it. The dog ate it as a personal favor to me, so I ate 3 oatmeal chocolate chips cookies and a small bowl of wheat chex.
