Haiku
My son was adopted from an orphanage as an "older child." He has behavioral, learning, and health challenges. He is the nicest child you will ever meet, but he is very hard to live with. I love him dearly, but he regularly frustrates me. My son is 8 years old and is goalie for a Squirt (9/10 year old) hockey team. He was asked to "play up" this year, his second year of playing hockey, because he is such a good goalie. We put him in hockey last year because my daughter's team didn't have enough kids when registration ended. We figured he'd kinda be a placeholder, a warm body to give the team enough kids. My son busted out with this incredible skill as goalie. My son is called The Brick Wall. My son had a 15-0 shutout this weekend. That's all. :D Tara
