milovany
We're Eastern Orthodox and have the Eucharist every Sunday. We also have it available on any feast days where a Divine Liturgy is scheduled -- so all in all I'd say it's available to be received 4-8 times a month. MamaAkins
Methodist--our church has three services on Sunday morning. They serve communion weekly at the 8:30am service (mostly attended by older folks); and it is served monthly (1st Sunday of the month) at the 9:30 (contemporary) and 10:50 (traditional) services. Pamela H in Texas
On the Memorial of Christ Jesus, each year after sundown on Nisan 14, we have the Lord's evening meal "in remembrance" as he told us. Just as Passover was the commemoration of Israel's release from bondage, the memorial is commemoration of Jesus' greater sacrifice to release mankind from bondage. Just as we viewed Passover as an anniversary, we view the Lord's Evening Meal so we do it once per year. (sorry I'm not good at writing things clearly, but this is how and why to the best I could communicate it. BTW, we're Jehovah's Witnesses)
HollyB
I voted other. We take communion several times throughout the year, but there doesn't seem to be a regular schedule. We are Non-Denominational.
Carol in Cal.
LCMS--Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Our church offers it every Sunday. On 'normal' Sundays it is offered at either the early or late service, and most people choose one or the other, so it's offered a little more often than twice a month, effectively. But on festival Sundays it is offered at both services.
