bellabee03
I say either, leaning towards girl. I know a lot of little girls who like that color combination, but not many little boys who would care for that star pattern.

Shawna in Texas
I'm actually looking at using the star one for my son and the heart one for my daughter. They are boy/girl twins and share a room. It's definitely unisex, and I think it would be perfect for a boy/girl twins room with the heart contrasting. I think it's adorable. Mary in VA
The product description says the manufacturers intended it for boys. Product Description Flip it, reverse it, make it your own! LittleMissMatched brings you the perfect contemporary toddler bed for little boys. The graphic radiating Superstar quilt surrounded by a graphic geometric pattern reverses to a bold tossed star pattern. The graphic star pillowcase is also reversible and the flat sheet flips from solid blue to reveal a 2nd side with superstars! Top it off with a dimensional bonus star pillow and you have a playful toddler bed for little boy's to express their individuality. bettyandbob
since it is "toddler" bedding I would says boy. If it were made to fit a twin bed I would say either boy or girl. I think my dd would have liked that combination at 11-12.
Onceuponatime
The boys in my house say that is for a girl, but they are 7 and 12.

craftyerin
That will be ADORABLE with the star/heart ones in a boy/girl twin room. My 3yo boy/girl twins share a room, too, and it's hard to put together good gender-neutral combinations!

JumpedIntoTheDeepEndFirst
I think the designer's intent is boy--I'd use it for a girl if it was what I or she liked though.
Denisemomof4
either. If I wanted it for a boy, I'd paint the walls a shade of blue, add blue pillows, etc. If it were for a girl, I'd bring out the greens with pillows and wall color, then add blue and green hearts and stars or blue flowers, something to make it more for a girl.
