Tap
I don't have a wish list, but I love the small bags from Hobo. I get a new one about once per year at Nordstrom Rack and they are just wonderful.
Arcadia
I would want a custom made leather laptop backpack as my handbag so that I can fit my ipad pro comfortably while bringing my kids for classes. I like customised/made to order stuff. I like to be able to choose the color, the kind of leather, the type of seams, the lining, the compartments, the zips and buckles. ETA; Hubby loves to buy me handbags so I have a collection. Edited December 30, 2015 by Arcadia

prairiewindmomma
Louis Vuitton lockit in black, black handles (soft leather 2016 collection). It's classic, subtle, and refined. It's also $4300, so it's not going to happen. I own only two handbags---a Michael Kors Fullton large shoulder bag and a Coach tote. They were both presents to me. ETA: I want quality leather, black, classic styling, understated. It must be roomy enough to hold my stuff and willing to endure the abuse of being owned by me. I will not unpack it nightly, condition it, or pamper it in any way. Edited December 30, 2015 by kbeal

Wheres Toto
It would be hard to pick one because I constantly go back and forth from large bags that hold everything to tiny bags that can only hold a few cards, money and my phone. I'm finding my tiny bags need to be larger lately because I have hit the point where I need to have glasses available at all times to read anything (but can't wear them to drive or walk around). :glare: So I have a vast variety of purses and what is the best varies based on my mood and upcoming plans. Dd did get me a really nice one for Christmas. She works for Charming Charlies (a little boutique) and it's a set that comes with a tote, a small bag and a wristlet. The smaller bag fastens into the tote and has a strap long enough for cross-body that also can attach to the tote. So I can keep it fastened in the tote when I need to carry all my crap (like going to work for the day) but can pull out the smaller bag if I'm going shopping or somewhere else I don't need everything. She also got me a hobo bag that I haven't tried out yet.

flyingiguana
One I didn't have to carry. This year I just started using one for the first time since my kids were in diapers (and I used a purse because it was smaller than a diaper bag). It's because I got a phone. And one of those big keys for cars with "keyless" entry. If it were one or the other, I'd be ok, but I can't carry both in my pockets. Unless I find better pockets. I hate carrying stuff.

I do know I bought a fabulous brown leather purse a few years ago at Nordstrom's Loft....I fell in love with it, DH bought it and gave it to me for Christmas. I worn the heck out of that purse--shoved it under the car seat, dropped it on the floor, used it as a pillow once or twice--and it looked great... RioSamba
The fantasy bag for me would be something from http://www.aprilinparis.us. Custom, structured, not too big, in a luxurious leather. Possibly alligator. Right now I'm usually carrying a Lassig diaper bag or an REI bag that I use as a diaper bag. When I'm out without baby my go to bag is a periwinkle Harvey's Seatbelt Bag http://shopharveys.com/large-satchel-sky/. It's several years old and has worn like iron. It is heavy! I am a small purse user so this bag (13.5 X 8.5 inches when folded) is large for me. But I am a traveling gal and I like the option of having a bag that will hold my tablet when I am on a plane or attending a conference. The fact that Moops are made in the US from American textiles and leather was the tipping point. Thank you pink&bluemommy!!
cjzimmer1
That's gorgeous! I love the zipper pockets, too. Let me know how you like it! I have one of their shoulder bags up on a tab...trying to decide if I need one last Christmas gift...it has a sunflower on it so it's mine, ya know... Shockingly my purse arrived (even though stuff I ordered several days before this haven't even shipped yet). Overall I think I will like it once I adjust to the different size and layout. It's a little bigger than my old purse and so everything is kind of stuffed at the bottom (my old purse was a tighter fit so I had an upper layer and lower layer but nothing fell or moved because it was so tight). The inside zippered pocket is hard to get to so I think I will end up buying a small coin purse that is easier to work with. I do like the outer zippered pockets. I took it out with me today to return some other stuff and already received a compliment on it. I am contemplating a future purchase of a wallet or checkbook holder because I really want the one with kittens on it and they didn't have any of those in a style or purse I liked.
