I don’t know your fitness level but bump it up and include medium/high impact activities. Like jumping in place. Lift weights but start with a trainer. My mom has kept her osteopenia pretty much stable for 20 years. She has used all the drugs, taken all the supplements, adjusted her diet and exercise. She’s very active. She liked Reclasse (spell check that) best. Also do fitness aimed at fall prevention. This generally is core strength and balance. My MIL 85+ swears by her weekly Tai Chi class for seniors. A last thing to look at: maybe adding estrogen temporarily to get your bone density significantly back up. You are young enough that it might be ok.

I’ve got Romanesco Cauliflower seedlings under lights. Just a bit longer and I’ll begin to harden them off. I’ve also got Amish Paste tomato seedlings and Black Paste tomatoes going on. I’m considering a black raspberry for my garden plot. I did not really like red raspberries but these I do. I don’t know how finicky they are. Any raspberry advice would be appreciated. I don’t know what to start next.

Accessories for cardboard play

I suggest keeping an eye out for corrugated plastic. Sign shops have it. My kids used the large pieces to construct outdoor (waterproof) buildings and tunnels when they were younger. -
I like the Headspace app. I think the first 10 guided meditations are free. The rest aren’t too pricey. I’ve been using it for over a year.

Raise a puppy for a service organization? Take care of a military family’s pet for 1-2 years while they are overseas? Rabbits? -

We have the Coravin wine saver. DH got it for my birthday because I only drink wine once a week (max) but I can really taste the different difference in the wine after it’s been open even one day. It’s listed on amazon for about $200/$300 depending on the model. It works great! https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01JD7AT4W/ref=mp_s_a_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1516102001&sr=8-7&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=coravin&dpPl=1&dpID=31pwWZUgH8L&ref=plSrch -

Hello, I hope you all can help me out. I took high school french back in the 80’s. I was able to think in French by year 2. But it has been a very long time since I used it. I’m travelling to France this summer and I’d like to brush up on conversational French. What do you recommend? Thank you, Sandra

In the 1960’s my folks lived in Africa and had to rinse all fresh produce in a bleach solution. I have no idea how much bleach or how long but it works. It might be worth researching or testing! Science experiment !

Ktgrok has it nailed. If you don’t have a recent one, a psych-ed evaluation could be a good idea. Problems with real life social cues can drive the online presence bc it is simpler. A psych moderated social group could be good

Recommendations for 6yo chronic runny nose?
Sandragood1 replied to desertstrawberry5's topic in The Chat Board
You will have to treat the allergy eventually but you could give him sudafed just to dry him up for a bit. What’s he allergic to? Can you run an air filter in his bedroom, keep pets out, and hot water wash all the bedding to give him a low allergen place to sleep? -
A couple years ago I went through December feeling impending doom. It had been a rough year and I still had pain from injuries. I just thought the holiday stress was pushing me. Nope. Bladder infection. Seriously. It is an easy thing to check. If I had not had my routine gyn appointment after Christmas I might have ended up with a kidney infection.

I’m planning an instant pot cheesecake with no crust. Chocolate ganache on the side. Maybe strawberries too.
