littlebug42
I do. It is one of my favorite jello flavors second only to orange.
Denisemomof4
I like it plain but I especially like it with crushed pineapple in it. Mmmmmmmm. A few times a year I absolutely CRAVE lime sherbet. LOVE lime sherbet.
Belacqua
If I liked jello at all I'd probably like lime just fine (and I'd happily join Denise for some lime sherbet), but I just cannot think of jello as food.
Jean in Newcastle
Since the "no's" haven't been brave enough to post yet, let me say that I HATE, DETEST, LOATHE lime jello! It reminds me of nursing homes and boarding school. I just made a 8 cups of the loathsome stuff for my husband whose love for lime jello matches my loathing for the same substance in intensity. Xuzi
If it's mixed up with crushed pineapple and multi-colored marshmellows, then yes. Plain? No.
learningmama
Yes, I like plain, green jello. AND, my aunt makes this wonderful "green jello" that consists of jello with pears, cream cheese, and perhaps some cool whip. It was my favorite thing to eat during the holidays as a kid. My husband loathes it, but it is wonderful!

BarbecueMom
I don't like lime anything. Lime jello reminds me of Christmas Vacation: "Aunt Bethany, does your cat by any chance eat jello?"

TravelingChris
I am allergic to limes since 1994 but I didn't like lime jello even before then.
Danestress
"you silly girl. No one likes lime jello. They only sell it so that old ladies can make green fruit salads for Christmas." But I guess I have been proven wrong. I really don't like any jello and just naturally assumed that everyone agrees with me on this.

LaxMom
No. Way too many negative, non-jello associations. Like port-a-pot deodorizer. :ack2: And then, well, it's jello. Jello that smells like a public toilet. More :ack2: . My children, however, have an inexplicable love for jello. Even they do not want green jello. KrissiK
No! No! No! I prefer Jell-O that is red, purple or blue. That's it!
Cinder
It reminds me of nursing homes and boarding school. Lime jello is ok. I don't love it--I don't love jello. I prefer strawberry, but lime is ok, too. The only times I've had jello in the hospital it was lemon. Lemon! :ack2:
Element
It would have to be totally smothered in Cool Whip for me to like it. Even then, I'd probably just eat the Cool Whip. ;)
silliness7
I don't dislike lime jello but if you gave me a choice between lime and any other flavor I'd never pick lime. If I didn't have a choice I'd eat the lime and be happy. Hey, it's jello. What's not to like about jello. ;)
jewellsmommy
I somewhat like lime. I prefer peach or strawberry. I detest orange flavored jello. I mostly like jello with fruit in it and whipped cream on top of it.
ereks mom
I haven't really liked any Jello since I spent a month in the hospital after a car accident and had Jello every.single.meal. It was a long time before I would even try Jello after that. Now, I will occasionally make a congealed salad, but I never make Jello just to eat plain. My mom used to make it a lot when I was a kid, and I loved it then.

Word Nerd
Voted other because I don't like Jello much anyway but have nothing against lime Jello--unless it has cheese or carrots in it (who thought that was a good idea?).
ElizabethB
I voted other...it has been a long time since I have been able to eat jello, I cannot remember which favors I liked and disliked. There is no way I am eating Jello now, I am sure I am allergic to something in it. I am, of course, allergic to lime, although whether or not there is actual lime in a product such as jello is not always assured, it could be all fake. I am not actually allergic to most chemical additives, just most foods. Can you tell I am bored and avoiding doing the dishes...

I assume it was the sugar free kind? When dd was in the hospital after her diabetes (Type 1) diagnosis, they were really big on sugar free jello as a carb free snack. I ordered some, and apparently the kitchen made a mistake and sent regular instead. Can you say blood sugar >500?

Farrar
Lime jello is the only jello with flavor, I think. I agree that it's not food. And that it should never have carrots in it. But I also kind of like it. It's fascinating to me that this poll is so close. What a funny thing to be so divided over!

It's a pity that it's not a public poll so I could block everyone that voted they liked lime jello.
