Benefits, profit sharing, etc. Pay isn't great, in terms of our rent almost doubling, but he's been told that there will be reg raises. I think I'm going to be edgy until we're actually moved, so nothing can be pulled out from underneath us in terms of housing...after what happened when we were supposed to be moving last mth, I'm def leery.
