elfgivas Posted April 25, 2013 Share Posted April 25, 2013 we are doing the happy dance. kidney tumor removal was friday. today the surgeon called. it was a rare, benign renal oncocytoma. we're laughing, crying, dancing.... (well, they are dancing. i am staggering around holding incisions together....) in january, they thought i had both ovarian and kidney cancer. and it turns out i have neither. it is very humbling, as in the course of the past three months i have met many people for whom the phone call will be very different. but for us, it is a new day. with peace and gratitude, ann Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
