Your circumstances remind me of a line from a Natalie Grant song called "Held". Something about "You assume that this one has suffered her share, that life would be kinder from here...this is what it means to be held..." Sorry, can't remember the exact words right now. But it is about going through tragic circumstances and knowing that God is still holding you through it all.
