Carol in Cal.
Heavy duty stainless steel measuring spoons This lemon/lime juicer, I use it all the time. Best one I've tried, and reasonably priced: http://www.worldmarket.com/product/lemon+squeezer.do?&from=Search Not really a kitchen gadget, but I love these mugs. They are big, well balanced, and don't burn your knuckles. http://www.worldmarket.com/product/%22carpe+caffeine%22+mug%2C+set+of+2.do?page=2&from=fn Mortar and pestle Large colander with feet Maybe a separate coffee grinder to use for spices? One a busy cooking weekend it looks like banners flapping in the wind. LOL! That might work, but I'm pretty short. AndyJoy
Pampered Chef pastry blender. I was given one as a wedding present, but had never used one so it went unnoticed in a drawer for years. Then when I made my first pie crust I remembered I had it and pulled it out. It's been so handy for recipes that require cutting butter or shortening, like biscuits, crumbles, and pie crust.
