Lara in Colo
Tonight is hot dog night!! Until recently DS knew the days of the week as hot dog night and church day.---nothing else mattered. KristinaBreece
Salmon fillets, pasta salad & green beans. Got a great deal on fresh white half runners from a local market-- I get so excited about "real" green beans!!
chickenpatty
Beans. It's the Refried Beans Without the Refry recipe from allrecipes.com. I add a little more water and don't mash them. It is so easy, you just put everything in the crockpot. The hardest part is smelling that yummy jalapeno/onion smell all day - it makes me hungry. We ladle it into bowls, top with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
thescrappyhomeschooler
I got 2 dozen ears of sweet corn from my CSA, so we are having corn, hamburgers made from grass-fed beef, and maybe broccoli or peas.

BikeBookBread
Boneless skinless chicken breasts poached in chicken broth infused with roasted sliced lemons, fresh ginger paste and white wine.
