If anyone on your list loves unique journals, I can vouch that these are GORGEOUS. They do take a while to come in (they are coming from Italy and, if their info is correct, are hand painted after you place your order). Worth the wait, though. Super soft, beautiful details. The person I gifted one to was over the moon happy and I'm debating ordering one for myself.

Some more bookish gifts:

  • This book bucket list poster looks interesting. Once you read the novel, scratch off its name to show a cover for the same book. They have posters in other categories, too - travel, music, etc..

Someone posted this a year or two ago -- personalized face photos. I got some for my sister of her dogs & she loves them. They turned out great.

I got one of these from Amazon for my daughter in college and she loves it (a pillow of her cat).

In that vein, I really, really don't need another coffee mug, yet I really do want this one for myself.

I feel exactly the same about this mug! Although, I would need to gift it to dh for maximum humor so that he could use it every morning and I could start stacking empty cans on my side of the bed every night.

I bought this one for my hubby one year.  Hilarity followed after he opened it and we recorded a video of him explaining the to do list.

Today's finds are gifts I've purchased for my husband and daughter. My daughter has been living and working in South Korea for the past nine years; she teaches English. For fun, she plays traditional Korean instruments in a samulnori group. One such instrument is a janggu. I've ordered this for her:

janggu t-shirt

Also this top which has some Korean words. My daughter said of it: "it says the official name of Korea, 'hangeul' (the alphabet name) and love in repeating lines 🙂 I think it looks cool!"

My husband has been studying Korean for a number of years; I bought him a pillow with the same design.

I also bought him a blanket with a traditional document in early Korean writing. My daughter said: "the text is from a traditional/old book - one of the early ones written in the hangeul alphabet (so it's not really readable these days as it uses some old letters that don't exist anymore)."

If you are looking for a gift that is Korean themed, RedBubble has many choices.

Regards,

Kareni
