Jean in Newcastle
Dd is in the process of doing the research for getting a pet rabbit. I've given her some suggestions for rabbit names but she would like your suggestions as well. For some reason she doesn't like our suggestions: (boy) Stuart - Stu for short; (girl) Dumpling, (gender neutral) Dinner. What do you think would be good rabbit names? Erica in OR
The person we bought ours from had a candy bar name thing going. So dd's rabbit's name is Snickers (he's brown). I think his mom was Almond Joy. Erica in OR

Daria
I like food names. For example, I once knew a rabbit named Snickerdoodle which I thought was cute. Stew, however, is a different category of name for a rabbit. I can see why a rabbit would object to being called Stew. I also like old people names for animals. I've always wanted a dog named Floyd, but my current rescue dog came with a similarly awesome old man name so I didn't change it. I will offer Floyd and Mabel up as examples of rabbit names that I like.
Orthodox6
D-I-L's beautiful brown rabbit (r.i.p.) was named Gem. Brief, attractive name.

Sdel
We named ours Claw, because he clawed up my arm the first day we got him. I have a scar half the length of my forearm from trying to get him into his cage. Watch the claws, they can be nasty. Stefanie

Except for a brief adolescence, he's been a joyful addition to our family (and he doesn't seem to mind the curiosity of the two dogs and two cats. Have fun and good luck!!! go_go_gadget
I had one called Yazmin. Did you name her after the BC pill? Because that would definitely win the ''Best Bunny Name Ever'' award.
Mrs. Tharp
Our bunny's name is Buttercup, but we mostly call her Bunny. If we had gotten her after reading the Origami Yoda series, I think I would have pushed for Empress Rabbski.

Hopsy Mopsy Theo Lilly Frankie Twitcher Snuggles Binky Lucy Snuffles Wiggy ...and the inevitable "Hasenpfeffer" which would be a horrible name for obvious reasons.

lmrich
Our bunny is Beyonce! She recently went to youth group with my daughter so they could promote a concert with Beyonce in the house. She is really sweet. Make sure your daugther handles and plays with her bunny daily which, I think, helps create a fun bun.

thessa516
Our current read aloud is The Green Ember, so my kids would go with the rabbit names from the book: Heather, Emma, Picket, and Smalls. By the way, it is an EXCELLENT book. I highly recommend it. :)
