Mynyel
Sweet? Salty? Fat? I have a weakness for salty/fat. Usually in the form of hamburger and french fries. Yum. Poll is coming....

DaffodilDreams
All of the above plus crunchy. Hmmm . . . I wish I came with a "turn off craving" button.
Night Elf
Other: potatoes, pasta and bread. Yes, I would choose one of those over the sweetest dessert. I don't think those count under any of the options.
bugs
I put "other" . Salty and fat = peanut butter! #1 and chocolate #2. But please do not mix them :glare:.
Impish
Lately, its protein. Beef, preferably. Steak with loads of mushrooms is the best :drool5: Seafood is a close 2nd. Found out I'm low on iron at my last appt, so not really surprised. Normally, I'm 'meh' about sweets, even chocolate. But I've been wanting that lately too. jewellsmommy
Sweet? Salty? Fat? I have a weakness for salty/fat. Usually in the form of hamburger and french fries. Yum. Poll is coming.... Me too. I will take loaded cheese fries (bacon, cheese,...and ranch to dip in!) over a dessert any day!!! And, I love a good hamburger!
TheCoffeeChick
Salt. I seriously just want to lick the salt off my Fritos instead of eating the chip. :tongue_smilie:
angela in ohio
Baked goods: cupcakes, croissants, lemon tarts, cherry strudel...
hsbaby
Frozen yogurt. Not a healthy version....but half chocolate, half some other delicious flavor, and bursting with crushed peanut butter cups.

Dmmetler
Erm...All of the above??? It depends on the time of the month for me and how I'm feeling. When I'm stressed, it's chocolate. When I'm hormonal, it's salt/fat-especially sour cream dip and potato chips or cream cheese and olives.
nmoira
good blue cheese figs Jaffa cakes anchovies
Hannah C.
Most of the time I crave sweets. The rest of the time I crave salty food. I don't specifically remember craving fat, but the sweets/salts I do crave are probably pretty high in fat content...
Jean in Newcastle
Sweet? Salty? Fat? I have a weakness for salty/fat. Usually in the form of hamburger and french fries. Yum. Poll is coming.... Me too with the one exception of craving a gooey dark chocolate brownie too.
Jann in TX
I live for chocolate a few weeks out of every month. I really limit it--and I feel deprived (I don't like the healthier dark dark chocolate). Other sweets do not satisfy me like chocolate.... Woodhaven
Chocolate - I guess that is sweet, but I voted "other".
bugs
Man, I should not have read all of these replies. Now I'm craving all sorts of things...I think there are tortilla chips calling my name as well the semi-sweet chocolate chips! (I've already had my peanut butter). Stacie Leigh
All of it! :( Usually if I have something salty, I want sweet after that or vice versa... awful.
KidsHappen
I almost always crave salt but I have low blood sodium so I think that drives my cravings. I don't seem to crave much actual food though so I have serious weight fluctuations.
Diana B
All of the above, depending on my mood, the time of the month, etc. Usually it's baked goods - cinnamon rolls, muffins, donuts, etc. But there are times when it's fat - butter usually. I've been known to eat multiple pieces of bread slathered with butter. At times it is salt. Most of the time this goes along with the fat. But I've noticed if I liberally salt my cooking (with good Real Salt) I don't crave it as much.

Carrie12345
Chocolate covered pretzels. Or chocolate covered potato chips. Or ice cream with salty chunks. Or french fries with sweet and sour sauce. Seriously. Don't make me choose!
Crimson Wife
Sweet & creamy. If I'm being good, berries with fresh whipped cream. If I'm indulging, cheesecake. :drool5:

Just Robyn
Usually sweet for me. Starbuck's and Ben and Jerry's are favorites. Oh, and Greek Gods honey flavored greek yogurt. And brownies made by mixing a walnut brownie mix with a chocolate chunk brownie mix. I do have other cravings, just not as often. Mashed potatoes with goat cheese. Olive Garden breadsticks with alfredo sauce. Manicotti. Okay, I really like dairy, be it cheese or ice cream.
