Pour the milk into a glass jar, add some water to the crockpot, and cook till it's thick and golden. Make it into dulce de leche…and then turn it in to banoffee pie. (May be misspelled…but banana, toffee (caramel), and coffee flavored whipped cream.) If you don't want them to stick, line the pan (bottom and sides) with parchment. I don't measure the chocolate chips or coconut; we just put on what looks good.
