Love HSing
Grace will be the middle name for all of them. We can't decide and I'm curious what others think :)

clementine
I picked Molly because we know several Ella's and Madison's, but no Molly's. :D Congratulations!!
kathymuggle
Ella or Madison. Ella is on my list if the stork ever visits again!

Chelli
One of dd8's best friends is Ella Grace. :)
foxbridgeacademy
I voted Molly, even though I like Ella better... but then so do a lot of other people. I have tried to name my kids something unique, so I would go with Molly.
Scarlett
Molly is lovely. I like it because I haven't heard it in a while. And I love Molly Grace.
Pretty in Pink
I chose Ella because I think it's the prettiest, but it is somewhat common and I wouldn't likely choose it myself. I also like Molly. I dislike Madison because it is so common. It's got to be on the top ten of the past decade, along with Abigail and Hannah. Danestress
Grace will be the middle name for all of them. We can't decide and I'm curious what others think :) You should name her Margaret Grace. I think Molly is a sweet cute name. But to me it is a nick name. catz
I have an Ella here. We got in right before it started to pick up a little in popularity. Although, that said we don't know any other little Ella's right now (but I know plenty of Emmas, Hannahs, Isabellas also several Ava and Olivia ). Ella was 62 on the popularity chart when we picked it, and we might not have had we known it was coming around. I love the name Molly too - very cute. Madison reminds me of Wisconsin because we live in the upper midwest. :D I know a fair number of Madisons in the 10-15 year old age range. mommyagain
I'm partial to Molly because I have a Mollie Rose.:) But Molly Grace is very pretty too. Ella is adorable but waaay overused in this area. I also like Ellie.
QueenCat
I voted Molly... love them name and only know one who is a child. I know several Ella's and Madison's.
ShutterBug
Love the name Molly. Molly Jane was our girl choice for this baby (set to make its debut mid January). However, after a couple of ultrasounds we're 99.9% sure that Molly is indeed an Oliver.
Parrothead
Ella.
danybug
I have always thought Molly is an adorable name, so I voted for that. But on the other hand, I think Ella sounds the best with Grace.
justLisa
Ella is timeless. I LOVE it.

Joyofsixreboot
I wanted a Molly but I already had a Lily and it was too close.
radiobrain
I picked Ella, but.... Whether you pick Ella or Molly, please treat them as nicknames. Use Eleanor and Margaret and shorten them for your own use. It will give your daughter some personal options in the future. Trust me on this. ;) NO matter what DO NOT USE MADISON. Way too trendy. It is a nice name, but nope. Korin (who was nicknamed Kori my whole youth and reclaimed my real name -thank goodness- in high school. SO glad I had the option, or I would have legally changed my name to something not so "cute." My parents are the only ones that are allowed to call me Kori.) mommaduck
Ella Grace :) Molly Grace would be a second choice. Nix Madison....too many of them.
Chris in VA
I like Ella. I saw this cool website and thought it might be helpful for you. Ella You can enter other names and see what they say. :001_smile:

BlessedMom
They are all very nice names but my first choice would be "Molly Grace"!
Calm37
Grace will be the middle name for all of them. We can't decide and I'm curious what others think :) I like Ella because there is the sweetest little girl in our church named Ella. I don't think I have ever known a child named Molly, only dogs, many dogs with that name. Blessings!
Shellydon
Of those three, I like the sound of Ella Grace the best, but I know 12 girls named Ella. I only know 2 girls named Molly, so I would probably go with that. Maybe Ellie instead? Does the popularity of the name matter to you? Guest
Madison. Maybe Ella.
Desert Rat
I voted Molly. I always wanted a Molly but I married a man who's last name rhymes with Molly. :) I'm not that mean!
DarlaS
I like Ella Grace. I have an Alana Grace, and it sort of reminds me of my dd's name. :001_smile:
In2why
I like Molly, but it is the dogs name and I have hollered it entirely too many times. :D BTW that is how my mother said you should test a name. Go to the back door and yell it about 10 times and if you can still stand it, then maybe.
mom2denj
I voted for Molly because I like Molly the best out of all of them. However, I like Grace with Ella better. I know that probably didn't help.:001_smile:
astrid
I"m partial to "Molly" ;) Specifically " Molly Catherine Linnea" It's my dd's name, (we call her "Molly Cate" most of the time. I just asked her if she liked her name. "YES!" was her reply. Know why her name is "Molly?" Because it's not a "*****y" name. You just can't picture a "Molly" being *****y. No. Seriously. That's why. :D We both loved the name, though. astrid
HSMom2One
It would matter to me what the last name is. I, of course, understand you can't post that....how about the number of syllables? Lucinda
astrid
I've always read that "Molly" is a diminutive of "Mary," not "Margaret." That said, I think it's confusing to name a child one name and then nickname them something that's really a completely different name. Nowadays, I think "Molly" stands on its own more than its used as a nickname. My Molly is just "Molly," not "Mary." astrid
sheryl
Ella, for sure.
MariannNOVA
I voted for Ella -- we were unable to use it because it does not go well at all with our last name (trust me on this). We do have a Madison -- and surprisingly, while I have expected that we would bumping into Madison's left and right, we have not. In fact, when I taught in the classroom, I did not have one single Madison in any of my classes, and Madison was always the only Madison in her classes when she was in school. Love HSing
I'm pretty sure if it's a girl she'll be Molly, unless we find a name we like better :001_smile: I love Ella too, but I think it's to close to dsd13's name (Elizabeth). Madison was one dh really liked, I like it too but I know 4 girls with the name.
fhjmom
My Littlest is an Ella so that was my choice. I love that name! My Ella was named after her great-grandmothers (derived from "Novella" and "Emma"). My one concern about the name was that it was too popular, but we don't know any other Ella's and have only met a few casually, like at the playground.
