AndyJoy
I thought I'd start a thread with pics of our Halloween cuties (and creepies!) Add yours here! DS (25 mo.) won the 7-and-under costume contest at the park tonight. I requested his Man in the Yellow Hat costume from my talented MIL and she sure delivered! Unfortunately his head grew after she made the hat but the ribbon kept it on well enough.

Jenny in Florida
Here's my son just before his volunteer shift at a local event. We bought the coat and vest set, which I altered to fit him better. And, of course, we bought the boots. However, he made all the "cybernetics" himself, mostly with cardboard and duct tape and spray paint. He also cut the vinyl and studded it with brads. He won first prize in the costume constest. Kirch
The ninja was supposed to be a washing machine, but he backed out at the last minute. I was bummed because it was such a cute idea, but he made a good ninja.:001_smile: Edited October 30, 2011 by Kirch
Mama2Many4
My boys are going as zombies, I'm doing the makeup for them. My daughter is going as a fairy. Second year in a row for her. I made her choose a different color outfit though. I'll post pics on Halloween. The makeup for the zombies will be extensive, so it's a one time shot! Jayden's photo reminds me of the year my son was three and we dressed him as a monkey. It was one of my favorite costumes on him ever. twoforjoy
My oldest wanted to be a ninja, so we just dressed them all up that way. The two little ones had on so many clothes under their costumes! The baby had on an undershirt and two fleece sleepers, and DD had on a pair of leggings, a pair of sweatpants, a long-sleeved shirt, and a sweatshirt. DS just wanted to wear a sweatsuit and wouldn't do extra layers. Nobody complained about being cold except me!
