LauraGB
Me? I fix up some brussel sprouts smothered in butter...after a cheese stick... and a few cheez-it's left in the box... What about you?? Um, pardon me, but...how in the world do you have just ONE cheese stick? Are you speaking about a mozzerella strip or a REAL, breaded-baked-in-the-oven-cheese-stick??!! (Snort) Either way, one is just a mean-as-heck teaser, my phriend (sorry about the missing eph:blushing:) Usually, in my case, it is a toss up between popcorn or a chunk ov (again with eph) parmesan along side some kalmata olives and a chunk ov bread. Sometimes I get crazy and have some cheddar with mini dill pickles and crackers. But ONE cheese stick? Really?? The selph-discipline - its admirable! Cera
Lately it has been a pomegranate or a grapefruit sprinkled with a bit of sugar. Both take so long to eat I am sick of snacking before I move on to something less healthy.

AngieW in Texas
I have a fruit smoothie every night around 11pm. I don't usually go to bed until 12:30 though. My smoothies are whole frozen cherries, banana, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries with just enough orange juice to cover and then blended. If I'm still hungry then I may have some crackers or toast.

helena
Well tonight it's a gross little spinach mushroom enchilada, left over from yesterdays dinner. I'm thinking about calling my husband and having him pick up a bag of soft chocolate chip cookies on his way home (thank goodness for 24 hour markets). I guess everything tastes bad when you really want cookies. :D
