fraidycat
Wow, I can't believe all of the Chick Fil-A answers. My DH loves chicken. LOVES it. He'd eat chicken for every meal, every day of his life in every way, shape or form - he has even eaten leftover chicken breast that sat in the fridge a little too long and looked a little green to me so I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. We went to Chick Fil-A ...once. It was disgusting. Neither of us liked it at all. It had to be seriously bad for HIM to not like it. That was about 8 years ago. He tried it again about a month or so ago, and said it was still gross. Anyway, I voted other. Culver's in the midwest. I miss it!!!
weddell
I choose McDonalds. Not because I particularly care for their food, but both my kids have food allergies and I know exactly what they can eat at McDonalds. Their website has nice, clear allergy information. When we travel this is a HUGE deal. I always know I can at least get some calories in them if there is a McDonalds nearby.
lailasmum
Probably subway. We only eat there about twice a year though as there aren't any near where I live. A local burger stand that does burgers and veg alternatives on farmers market days is really nice too. I find Mcdonalds and burger king so disappointing. There has always been a really nice burger place in pretty much every place I have lived but It's always been small and independent.

1bassoon
Chick-Fil-A, hands down! LOVE their chicken sandwiches!
In the Rain
I don't really care for any of the ones you listed. Wendy's is the one I would choose from that list though. Here are my faves Chipotle Chick-fil-A- but only for breakfast Burgerville & Baja Fresh- in the PNW
dani3boys
Culvers is my favorite. I think it's located mostly in the central states.
MissKNG
I chose Burger King because I spend the most money there. I love their side Caesar salads and buy them often. I love the coffee at McDonalds. I don't eat fried food so I normally pick Subway for something cheap and fast.
Abigail4476
Fausto's Fried Chicken :) Other than Fausto's, which I can only get when I visit family in the South: Smashburger - classic with no cheese + sweet potato fries Chick-Fil-A - spicy chicken wrap with spicy dressing + carrot salad! Also, sometimes I'm tempted to drive through and just order "Polynesian sauce, please." :D Panera Bread (I didn't realize that counted, but I do like that place) - Fuji apple salad with a baguette is my favorite of the moment. Abigail4476
Sonic. I have a major addiction to Cherry Limeade or just plain limeade if the mood strikes. I rarely order food from Sonic, other than the occasional Chicago Dog, but I'm with you on the limeade. Medium Diet Cherry Limeade, easy on the cherry, extra lime slices! :)

TrixieB
Dick's -- yep, best burgers, best ice cream sundaes, best root beer floats. They don't get my vote for fries, though, and Burgermaster is my go-to for shakes. Taco del Mar is okay, though I've eaten there so many times over the years that I'm kind of tired of it. mommymilkies
In n Out burger in CA (I miss them!!!). Beefaroo in northern IL. Skyline in Ohio. Chick fil a or Wendy's most elsewhere because they are allergy friendly and have vegetarian offerings for dd. Wendy's tends to be dirty, though, and has bad service, so I choose Cick fil a when possible.

gardening momma
McDonald's for the price, Taco Bell for the food (I voted Taco Bell).
regentrude
Panera. I never eat at any of the other options.
readinmom
In-n-Out Burger! Chick-fil-A a close second. I will never, ever eat Mcdonalds again. Worst case of food poisoning ever...I was out for four days, would not eat meat for 5 months. We are on a no fast-food pledge right now because of budget, but a chocolate shake always sounds good! LMV
If we're talking about chain places then I would pick either Subway or Panera Bread. Bruegger's Bagels are also popular with our daughters. We also have a local deli/sandwich shop that I think is better than all of the aforementioned.
Elizabeth in MN
Well, I've only done fast food in the US. Hands down it's In N Out Burger, but they are far away from me. The fast food place I eat at the most often is McDonald's because I have the least allergies to their food.

OnTheBrink
Chik-Fil-A! We don't have one in my town, but whenever I'm in a city with one, I always go.
BellaStarr
Chic-fil-A for chicken sandwiches and great customer service. Arby's is my second favorite.
Researcher
Other - we don't eat fast food and the few times we've had to stop somewhere like that, chick fil a has been our only option due to dietary restrictions.
