We only took Christmas week off, since we missed a few weeks in the fall. But this week we started history and science and our science "experient" was a big hit (two glasses of water, put lots of salt in one. put an egg in each glass to see if the salt made a difference in floating or not). DD then decided to do an ice experiment. First she tried to make ice by putting ice into water. That didn't work, so we talked about it and she decided to put a cup of water outside to make her ice. I didn't do my regular breakdown between schoolish and unschoolish. Instead I just kept a running tab of stuff each day. It looks boring! Oh well.
