Lawyer&Mom
After 16 days, Dd2 was discharged from the NICU. We are home! They taught her how to nap in a crib, an important life skill that eluded her older sister, so I've had some free time. Unfortunately, they didn't manage to teach her day from night... I forgot just how much newborns like to boogie in the wee hours!

creekland
Glad to read the good news! Here's hoping you can nap when she naps. Sleeping all night long is over-rated. ;)

Lb20inblue
Congrats! I will tell you that if you need to process through your emotions, you should find an outlet. It can be very helpful to let all your emotions out because I truly believe that ptsd after a nicu stay is real. I still suffer and process my feelings with my husband whenever necessary. Stay blessed!
