KatieJ Posted November 24, 2021 Share Posted November 24, 2021 Apple pie is done. sweet potatoes are ready to be mashed stuffing veggies are chopped..it’s next on my list Wax bean salad veggies are prepped..just need to mix it tomorrow. had to stop midway thru prepping as service guy was coming to reinstall a damaged drawer front…damaged when it was installed…months ago. We bought the house 2 months ago…been living here 1 month, drawer was removed 3 weeks ago, we have been waiting for them to bring the drawer back. Shoeless Posted November 25, 2021 Share Posted November 25, 2021 I made one pie. And it was just a chocolate pudding pie, so not really complicated, lol. But it's what DS13 wanted, so... Sweet potato casserole is done. I made a cranberry pineapple "salad" type thing. I normally don't make "salads", but I had all the ingredients, so why not. It's just me, DH, and DS13, so I am trying not to go too crazy with food. But I also kind of want to make a cheesy creamed corn recipe I saw. And a roasted Brussels sprouts recipe, too.
