Prairie~Phlox
I am very good at baking homemade cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls, those are my most requested items. Really basically anything that gets baked. Other things I make well that my family likes is homemade chicken nuggets and homemade cream of anything soup. So what are you good at? Sometime I want to try making Pierogis, but I've never made them before. Anyone have a good recipe?

Mabeline
Basically any dessert that I have found the recipe for for online. I can bake almost anything from a recipe but for some reason my meal food doesn't come out as good. Oh and I can make good pico de gallo. That is my most requested food item. littlebug42
In our group of friends, I am generally the go-to dessert person especially for cookies. I will be baking another round this week for New Year's Eve. My fettucine alfredo is pretty popular as well.

Belacqua
Wow, I'm jealous! I'm usually asked to bring the paper cups, napkins, etc. :) There, there! Napkins are important, too. People ask for the tiny pork pies I make, but I think they're mostly just taken with the little cutout maple leaf of crust on top.
Ibbygirl
Chicken wings. Everybody always asks me to make that. Or stewed chicken with rice and gandules.
Alenee
Potato Soup Oatmeal Bread Chocolate Chip Cookies Cake of any kind A new one: Raspberry Shortbread Thumbprint Cookies (from Allrecipes.com) One night during our house church (every 3 months we do that) our elder was talking about using your gifts. I was so touched when he said, "Carli's gift is with food. If you put Carli in charge of anything food-related, things get done!" :blushing: It was one of the nicest compliments I've ever received. OrganicAnn
For my family it is any of our family favorites. For my ILs it really varies. For a long time I was always insulted that they gave me the things that didn't matter (relish tray). Finally I gave them different gifts of food for things that they just loved and would like me to bring it every time. Also they came to various birthday parties where they loved one dish or another. I usually volunteer to bring a vegetable to their Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner, otherwise they wouldn't have much in the way of vegetables. Really basically anything that gets baked. Other things I make well that my family likes is homemade chicken nuggets and homemade cream of anything soup. So what are you good at? Sometime I want to try making Pierogis, but I've never made them before. Anyone have a good recipe? Other people ask me to make "mexican food." I put it in quotes because what I make isn't true Mexican food -- it's mostly Cuban food and a few variations on Tex-Mex. I don't think I make it particularly well (it never tastes like I think I remember it should), but it's still pretty good and people seem to love it. My family asks me to make soup a lot. I think I make great soup -- any kind of soup. I also can some of my own basic recipes (like vegetable soup, tomato soup, beef barley soup and chicken rice soup).
