Brilliant
It is about $3.35 here in SoCal now. :( At Costco I paid $3.11 a week ago, but, not all the Costcos here have gas, and sometimes it's way out of the way to get gas there. But I fill up anytime I am near a Costco, and have a half tank or less!

tricia
We are in Wisconsin and to be honest I'm not really sure as my hubby keeps us filled up so I never really have to think about it. But just off the top of my head I will hear his complaints and it seems we are about 3.05 a gallon. He is on his way right now to Colorado and he said he heard on the radio that in 2011 it will rise to 5.00 a gallon. That will be a national economic breaker for sure. cathmom
Every dollar we spend on gas is one less we have for food. $4 a gallon was killing us - I have no idea what we would do if gas was $5 a gallon.

(Not trying to break political links - just a cnn money link where ex Shell president makes prediction of gas over $5 by 2012 and someone else disagrees but says it will be there by end of decade.) Still under $3/gal here in SC - but not by much. Glad we're driving a Fit :)
