unsinkable
((((Mary))) I'm sorry you are suffering. You're in my prayers.
OneStepAtATime
Huge hugs. Anxiety and depression are horrible. Try to just take it one 5 minute block at a time while hopefully the meds kick in. Focus on 5 minutes. Find one positive thing to think about in that five minutes and write it down. Maybe research it on the internet. Distract your mind. Again, hugs. TravelingChris
Prayers for you. If you can, try to go to grest spaces or outdoor places that are in your area that are natural like parks, beaches, etc. Being out in nature is one way depression and anxiety can be helped according to studies. wintermom
Walking in nature can be so helpful. The physical movement combined with trees and sunlight are great. Perhaps some prayer/meditation, too? All the best in your pregnancy!

MaryMak07
I'm still struggling a lot. Looking into going to UNC Chapel Hills program which is the top in the country for anxiety and depression during pregnancy and postpartum. That will stink in some ways but in other ways it could be great for me to get that help!
