Night Elf
A small bowl of cereal. I eat Post Great Grains Blueberry Morning and it satisfies me for a couple of hours. I also like yogurt, cottage cheese and club crackers.

Slache
I make a big slad every few days. Broccoli salad, quinoa salad, or put salad toppings in a glass container for spinach salad. Hard boiled eggs. Cashews and apple chips. Slimfast.
happypamama
Plain full fat Greek yogurt with blueberries. Or mango. Cucumbers with hummus or guacamole.
6packofun
I like a sweet apple (like Honeycrisp!) or a light cheese stick wrapped in a piece or two of lean turkey. Celery with almond or peanut butter. Hard-boiled eggs are good, too, but those tend to be a big part of my breakfast!

Katy
Pumpkin seeds. Veggies with Guacamole or Hummus. Air popped popcorn. Apple with any sort of nut butter Dates at this time of year Banana "nice" cream: Freeze overripe peeled bananas, broken in half. When hungry, put several in your food processor with a bit of unsweetened almond milk, extracts of choice ( I use vanilla and caramel, but butter and almond and vanilla are also good - smells like frosting), a handful of frozen berries (cherries are my favorite), and pulse until it has a soft serve consistency. Top with a handful of mini dark chocolate chips. Feel virtuous as you eat it.

But it's yummy just plain too. I buy big bunches of bananas so there will always be some brown ones ready to freeze. It is decadent :) I add a bit of light or heavy cream. Put your liquid in a tiny tbs at a time. You'll think you need more but then it's too liquidy. It takes a few minutes for the processor to get it smooth. mmasc
roasted chickpeas carrots and hummus hard boiled eggs apples & pb nuts of any kind kefir fruit dark chocolate These are almost exactly the same as my favorites. :) I prefer my apple with no pb though. I'll add to the list air-popped popcorn with real melted butter (not a lot) My all time favorite snack is chips and salsa, but that's not what I would call healthy (not in the quantities I eat it anyway!) Lizzie in Ma
These, but I also add dried cherries and dark chocolate chips. http://detoxinista.com/2014/06/raw-brownie-bites-vegan-paleo/ I also keep raw almonds and cashews in my desk drawer. Cheddar cheese slices with fig paste I am pretty sure I could live on
HomeAgain
I tend to eat seasonally, so now that it's fall my snacks often are more bulky than summer: hard boiled eggs handful of nuts/seeds/dried fruit. clementines cheese and triscuits Lara bars (half of one at a time) pita chips and goat cheese drizzled w/honey
