Mandylubug
Clementine is our new kitty. She is 8 weeks old and an outdoors rescued kitten. We picked her up last night at 7:30 and our adventure began. She cried all night for her mommy and was quite hissy. We ignored those temper tantrums and have been loving and cuddling on her. We have succeeded in getting purrs and cuddles out of her as of this evening. As well as having a fairly successful first time litter box experience. (we needed a half bath afterwards). We also were seen by a Vet and treated with Revolution. She weighed in at a whopping 1.8 pounds. She will be spayed and vaccinated at 3 pounds. We need kitty to EAT! Resident cat is scared of her and hides under our bed if we ever open the door to Clementine's "safe room." Hoping she will get accustomed to her smell soon. eta: she thinks she is a parrot and likes to sit on my shoulder

Mandylubug
Any guesses of if she'll be a short hair or medium to long hair? I thought short hair until I bathed her and she's pretty poofy haha. I know kittens can look fluffier than they will as adults.

mommymilkies
Adorable! It's really hard to tell what they'll end up as. I'm going to guess short hair or medium, at most.

Jeannie in NJ
gotta love that face. Look at my avator to see my "parrot" Indiana Jones or Indy for short. This is an old picture, Indy is now 17 or 18 pounds and does not sit on my shoulder but some nights he still likes to sleep above my head.
