Miss Peregrine
You are 10 days late(and usually regular)but: you lost 7 lbs this month due to stress? :001_huh:
cani e porci
Heck, yeah. At 7 days late, you could get away with using a dollar store test! Here's hoping! :D
Carrie12345
Yup! In fact, I did just that a few months ago, only I had gained due to stress and a fractured foot! :D

Crimson Wife
I would personally check my BBT's if I wasn't already doing so. If they're high, then I would test. If they're low, I would assume I just had a wonky cycle with a delayed ovulation.
MeaganS
Man, I take a test if I'm only 2 days late. I vote yes.
staceyobu
Yes. Because otherwise I wouldn't be able to stop wondering.
JudoMom
I would test ASAP, and then I would immediately post the results so my friends on the WTM boards wouldn't be left wondering :D....

Miss Peregrine
Sorry. I can't get to a store right now. The only place in our town that sells them charges $12 and up. Besides, the minute I take a test AF will come.:D Seriously, if DH and I go on our date tonight I will probably pick one up.
Jennifer in MI
Oh man!!!! I'm just getting to this. I was SO hoping there'd be an update before I got to the end. GO NOW!!! Get a test. REport back. Thank you.

Miss Peregrine
I would personally check my BBT's if I wasn't already doing so. Why didn't I think of that? Ok. I will keep track for a few days and then report back. Just kidding. I have to know soon. I am scheduled for a biopsy on Tuesday.:glare:
KidsHappen
10 days late and you lost weight? That would be a sure sign in my case. I always lost ten pounds during the first trimester before starting to gain any weight and I have only had maybe three wonky cycles in my life before the whole menopause thing. In my case, a day late would have been a sure sign. Now that I am going through peri-menopause, they are sometimes 3 weeks and then 3 months. Yes, please get a test post haste and then post the results right away.
sagira
Just tested yesterday, after being 6 days late, and.. it was positive. Still in shock and denial, as dh and I were taking um.. precautions, and.. Well, let's just say I really believed I was done.
Tress
Sagira, congratulations! To the OP, if you lost so much weight due to stress, you do not need additional stress by wondering of you are pregnant or not. Go test!

gpsings
10 days late, losing weight? I would test even if AF DID show up!!! (I always had AF in early pregnancy) I am sending early congratulations. ;)
Amber in AUS
Ugh, i read to the end waiting to find out! Hopefully there will be an answer by the time i wake up in the morning :D Oh, and yes i would test, and mostly for my sanity. I went through some very long stress related cycles last year, 50+ days is no fun. Thinking you are preg and not is just extra stress you don't need. Go take a test. I hope you get the result you are after.

bluemongoose
Well I took mine this morning...it was negative . Must just be a wonky cycle. Congrats sagira!!!!!!! How about you Crunchy???? Any news?
Ravin
I promised myself I wouldn't test until CD 35 because while my cycles have been shortish now I used to have longer ones. If you've been so stressed out you know it's made you lose weight, it could easily be stress that's delayed AF.

Lara in Colo
I know this shows how dumb I am, but what is BBT? Lara
Miss Peregrine
In a nutshell: BBT(Basal Body Temp) is low until ovulation. After O it spikes and stays high until your period when it plummets. It stays high if you are pg. When I was charting to get pg my lows were always in the 96-97 range before O. It was 97.1 this am. So, not pregnant.
