Rainbow usually ships within two days for me. Sometimes, it arrives before I've even started to look for it, although I'm spoiled by Amazon Prime.

I ordered late Tuesday night and my order is due on Wednesday. It shipped on Friday but I didn't get shipping e-mail until this morning. Maybe your order has shipped already too?

I spoke to them, and apparently they were having issues with their emails and the shipping notice did not go out and it is suppose to be here by Wednesday. :)

Back to the original post... sorry but I after reading half way I also skipped ahead to post. I found it very refreshing. My dd does not like school at all and its very hard to get her to do anything. We are getting through Algebra 1 but I do not see her going any further with it. She does not want anything to do with college right now. Hoping she will change her mind some day. But I cant see forcing a child . She's extremely smart , she just doesn't like book work. She loves hands on things , excellent artist and cook. She hunts and even taught herself how to tan a raccoon hide and did an a

So I decided on a different resource for Biology, the college level book I have just seemed too much for her. ( we could always use as an extra resource) So I found a set on ebay for 9th grade level .. Just received this set and not really thrilled with what I see.. its kind of older set and I think we need something more up to date and exciting. Are there any biology options with workbooks and easy to do at home labs. Or secular online Biology classes?? DD isn't thrilled about doing everything with books and would like someone online work. thanks! -

Great resources!! I think I have decided to Biology this year with dd for 9th grade. Question which resource would be best use -- I have my old Biology textbook from college a few years ago and I have the entire lab kit with microscope etc.. Do you think I could use this for her and add something to go with it.. Which resource listed here would you recommend to go with this.. maybe just a workbook style with tests etc.. to go along?
