Jean in Wisc
And I ask for prayers. My ds is having spine surgery at the Shriners Hospital Monday at 8:00. They will put rods in and add donor bone to build the vertebrae up. We should be back in a week to 10 days. I will have some access to a computer, but I don't know how much. I've written a blog post about it, and I'll update you there as I have time. Thanks-- Jean

Ria
I'll be praying, Jean. My dad just had 7 vertebrae fused on Monday and got the rods, etc. His surgery was over 7 hours long. It's a long haul for all involved. Take care of yourself...you'll be exhausted. Ask me how I know.
