People we know or knew: Prairie and Meadow, Stone, Dune, Rock and Taiga. There's also: Sage, Heath/Heather, Rain/Rainbow, Storm/Stormy, Sky/Skye, and Bud/Blossom. happi duck
I love all these names! I never really thought about how many nature names there are. I knew a girl named Amber Dawn and that always conjured up such a beautiful image. This was before there were so many 'Ambers'.
ChristusG
All of my DD's have some sort of a nature name. DD19 months name is most noticeable as her first name is Clover. DD9's middle name is Rain. And DD6's middle name is Skye.

FaithManor
I love Seren and Rowan for boys and just about any flower name such as Dahlia for a girl, but also love Coral since I'm a fan of the more traditional Cora. Adra means rock and Afton means "from the river", and Alder simply from the alder tree...apparently I like "A" names! I think that Mica is also cute.
