  14. 21 weeks 4 days here. I had to have 2 ultrasounds this month because they thought they saw something on the first one. Everything is good though. Phew. I'm having a girl! I got double confirmation on that. Ive been busily decluttering the house, writing to do lists, and making baby items. Anyone knitting or sewing items for their little one? I knit some slippers and I'm finishing up a vest. I also made 2 boppy type pillows that need covers. Up next is diaper changing pads and a wool sleep sack for winter.
  15. This is something Ive been thinking about lately and it's nice to read all the positive comments. I'm due with my 2nd child at the end of July and there will be almost 10 years between the 2 .(unplanned) My son was having a little bit of a hard time at first but he seems to be getting better.
  16. Congrats to everyone! I'm 18 weeks. Estimated due date is July 31st. I have an ultrasound scheduled for Wed. hopefully we will find out the gender. I have a 9 yr old son so, all of our baby stuff is long gone. I started wearing maternity clothes around 13 weeks, walking around with my pants unzipped, held closed with a rubber band and covered by long shirts wasn't working anymore.
  17. We sleep downstairs too. My house is surrounded by many tall trees. Its also hard to sleep during a storm when things land on the roof or during heavy rain.
  18. Socks are my favorite thing to knit . I'm a dpn diehard. I tried the Magic Loop a couple of times, it is efficient but it makes me crazy. I tend to knit for joy and not efficiency.
  19. I'm thankful for this thread . Glad to know its the age.
