Ali in OR
Lots from Elf, but I'm thinking of Buddy approaching the raccoon, "Does somebody need a hug?" and the raccoon hissing and jumping at him.

Ellie
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, the last 20 minutes or so. The first scene in Ghostbusters. Why is that so funny? IDK, but it makes me laugh.
milovany
The first time I saw "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" I remember leaving the movie theater in literal pain both in my gut and on my face from laughing so hard the whole entire time. That was when it first came out. I watched it many years later, and didn't find it quite as funny .... but I do recall that first time and thinking, "Wow, I didn't know someone could truly laugh like that for an entire movie." busymama7
Maverick. When they discover the irony ;) I literally fell on the floor laughing as a teenager and still think it's pretty funny.

momto10blessings
These are great! Mine is the "colonial woman churning butter on the wing of the airplane" scene from Bridesmaids. I don't think I have laughed harder at a movie than I did the first time I saw it. I guess it was the randomness of it Eta:
PrincessMommy
The TV show Taxi. when "Rev." Jim Ignatowski was getting his driver's license... "whaaat.......doooooo....yoooooou.....dooooooo......wheeeennnnn. yoooooou. geeeeet...toooo... aaaaaa.... yeeelllllooooowwwww..... liiiiiiight?" .... "Slow down!".... "whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat..... Also, the scene in Anne of Avonlea when she meets the rich Mrs. Harris who thinks Anne is trying to blackmail the family concerning her late husband's famous shipwreck... Mrs. Miller very haughtily says, "My husband never ate anyone, dead or alive...and certainly not Jonas Selkirk"
