Just Kate
Freeze them and then throw them in the blender to make ice cream! You can do the bananas alone, or you can add a tablespoon or so of plain yogurt and a bit of vanilla extract. So yummy :)

LittleIzumi
Banana oatmeal cookies. We leave out nuts due to allergies and they don't even need chocolate. I attached the recipe to the post, if I did it correctly....

tots2teens
Freeze them and then throw them in the blender to make ice cream! You can do the bananas alone, or you can add a tablespoon or so of plain yogurt and a bit of vanilla extract. So yummy :) My dd13 is doing this now! Something she saw on Pinterest, I think? Yesterday she said she wanted to freeze some bananas to make ice cream. She just now blended them up in the blender. She and dd5 said it's really good! (I don't really care for bananas OR ice cream :) )
Desert Rat
I mash and freeze for later, too.
Element
Peel them and throw them into the freezer (in a freezer bag, of course.) You'll feel like smoothies again someday, and you don't have to add ice if you throw in frozen bananas. I do it all the time.
dbmamaz
and if you freeze them (peeled) for later, and then nuke them to thaw, they are pretty much pre-mushed for pancakes or muffins or whatever.
umsami
Freeze them... then... blend with a tablespoon of milk and make banana ice cream. Can also add in mini chocolate chips, coconut, etc. at the end. or...blend frozen banana with 1 cup of milk (low fat/skim is fine) and a dash of vanilla...for a delicious healthy banana milkshake

Totmama
Peel and freeze bananas ( must be overripe so they are sweet ). Toss into blender or food processor with a few Tbs if cocoa powder. Add a bit of milk if necessary. Yummy chocolate ice cream!
Lizzie in Ma
pancakes are my go to for those. Mashed bananas, applesauce, yogurt, all go in and I make a big batch and cook them all up to last a few days.
