If he gets it, we will be able to continue having me be a SAHM and HS for this upcoming year. If he doesn't, I will have to ramp up my search for FT employment and put the kids into PS next month :( DH has the head of the entire division pushing for him and the hiring manager's boss as well, but they're not the ones who will ultimately make the call.
