Nakia
I think it's because we have five VERY opinionated people in this house. We've narrowed the list down from 18 (!!) to 5. And....you guessed it, all 5 of us have a different favorite name. EEEEEK!!! Here is the list: Edmund (this was the first choice "set in stone" name, but not anymore) Lewis Jack Rocco Stanley This is for a Yorkie who might be 5 whole lbs when he's grown. :D Wanna vote on your favorite? Anna got so irritated a few minutes ago, she said, "Let's just name him Ken Tucky!" This was said in her best Southern accent.:lol::lol:
Starr
I'm still favoring Edmund. I guess you told us his name and it stuck with me. :)
BMW
I choose Edmund, too...
shanvan
Of the 5 you listed I vote for Lewis, but I have to admit I like Edmund better.
ChrissySC
I like Kentucky and Edmund. :) We had a girl and named the pup Carolina a long time ago.

LostSurprise
I like Edmund, but when you said Yorkie I was immediately drawn to Lewis.

DarlaS
Lewis! :001_smile:
bbkaren
I rather like Edmund; not because of that name, but that it inevitably would be shortened to "Eddie" which I think is an adorable dog name. I'm a big fan of naming dogs "people names"; it's just fun. :)
mom2denj
I pulled up a picture of a yorkie and had my dd's look at it. One dd vote for Stanley and one votes for Edmund. I vote for Leiws. He, he, he. I guess this doesn't help. :D
caayenne
Of those, I like Edmund the best by far. But as a fellow Outlander fan, I have to suggest the obvious.....Jamie! :D
Mimm
I vote for Edmund too. :)

iamrachelle
We have a little yorkie named Mr Beasley. We're thinking about getting him a little brother or sister... next name? Buttermilk. Sorry, no help here. Edmund, maybe?
RoughCollie
Edmund.
Brigitte
Edmond is my first choice (by far) and Stanley is my second.
Halftime Hope
be sure it's Edmund though, please, not Edmond. (shudder, the Count of Monte Cristo....) Edited November 7, 2011 by Valerie(TX)
mom2jjka
I like Stanley. It just seems like a 'Yorkie-ish' name. :) (I have a Yorkie too - He's 8 lbs and we call him our porkie Yorkie.)
Nakia
We are down to Edmund and Lewis. I've put a poll on my blog (see sig) if you're interested in voting. :)

ThatCyndiGirl
I still stand by my first choice of JustinTimberlake. :001_smile:
Belacqua
Another vote for Edmund. Sorry you're being shut out with Stanley. I want to like that name; I know, objectively, that it is a lovely, dignified name. Stanley Park is one of my favorite places in the world. The Stanley Cup! But...the security guy at my old high school was named Stanley, and he spat indiscriminately and smelled of cheese. Just can't shake that image. Happy
I rather like Edmund; not because of that name, but that it inevitably would be shortened to "Eddie" which I think is an adorable dog name. I'm a big fan of naming dogs "people names"; it's just fun. :) Had to smile when I read this. I have a firm stand against naming pets people names. It's always awkward to have someone over to the house and they share a name with the gerbil. :D The only time I get close was when I named a dog Shelby....a few years before the wave of Shelby girls hit--(before Steel Magnolias even.) I smile when I think of how many people named their little girls after my German Shepherd. I vote for Edmund and never would I shorten it to Eddie. lol I've got an uncle Eddie... Catwoman
I would have gone with Rocco or Duke or Spike or some other "big dog"-sounding name. Edmund will become Eddie, and Lewis will turn into Louie-Boy or Lou-Lou within a week. ;)
Denisemomof4
I voted in FB. I like Diesel. :D What a cute, cute puppy!!!!!!!!! He's SO CUTE!!! Adorable!!!! Just SO SWEET!!! :D
Berta
Off your list I would say Lewis. Personally, for a cute and tiny thing I would name him Brutus and get him a big spiked collar.
