  6. This is my favorite soup--don't know that it fits gluten free though 32 oz chicken stock 4 c. water salt and pepper to taste 2-3 stalks of celery sliced 1-2 gloves of garlic minced 1/4 c purple onion 8 oz of radiatore pasta--any pasta would work but this is my favorite fresh spinach--probably about 2-3 cups 1 lb bulk sausage(jimmy dean, owens, etc.) 1 can of cannellini or great northern beans Parmesan cheese Cook sausage, onion and garlic together. Heat stock and water and add celery, salt and pepper. Bring the stock to a boil and add pasta. Cook pasta to al dente and then add in sausage, onion, garlic, spinach and beans. Simmer enough for the spinach to cook and the beans to warm up. Sprinkle w/parmesan cheese.
  7. Use some of the chicken thighs to make stock for chicken noodle soup, chop some carrots and add to the soup. Use spaghetti for noodles. Cube a pork chop and add chinese stir fry cheese pizzas or cheese and pineapple pizza chicken nuggets, cube butternut squash and bake w/butter or have broccoli for a side chicken thighs or breasts cubed and sauteed w/hawaiian marinade, add pineapple chunks--serve over rice or pasta grill chicken thighs or breasts and serve w/lettuce, tomato and carrot salad--sprinkle some shredded cheese on top you can make chef salad w/the lunchmeat, salad and hard boiled eggs bunless cheeseburgers or use bread beans--get some tortillas and make burritos--2lbs of beans would make a ton of burritos and if you don't have everything to make tortillas you can get them inexpensively. I would use the cereal, wafffles and granola for breakfast options Applesauce and fruit for snacks or add to any meal
  8. In no particular order plain spaghetti--pasta w/tomato sauce and if you have them onion, bellpepper, mushroom anything w/pasta breakfast for dinner--pancakes, french toast peanut butter sandwiches oatmeal w/bananas cheese sandwiches definitely make use of the hardboiled eggs--deviled eggs, egg salad--do you have chicken or tuna you can add them to? beans and rice soup do you have/use ground beef? ground beef, gravy and rice

  10. We don't normally attend church and I do not feel obligated to attend on holidays. When we did go to church we would sometimes skip holiday church services because there were so crowded.
  11. I go on Pinterest about once a week. I like to use it for recipes and ideas mostly. Here is mine http://pinterest.com/bandpmom/

  15. wow I don't think I've ever paid over a $1. Our library also has a $10 cap...at least it used to be that way. They have recently renovated it so they may have changed that rule.
  16. I use bummer genius detergent for cloth diapers. I know many people use regular detergents without any problems, but others will say that using regular detergent messes the diapers up, ymmv. Is she doing enough rinses to get the detergent out? I do a cold wash first w/extra cycle and then a hot wash w/extra cycle. I put detergent in the 2nd wash. Yeast can also be a problem in cloth diapers. This site is good for diaper questions: http://www.pinstripesandpolkadots.com/YeastvsCloth.htm
  17. I think we'll have this: Asparagus, Brie & Parma Ham Crostini Deviled Eggs Roasted Cauliflower Spinach Salad Grilled Pork Loin Lemon Pie Chocolate Cupcakes
  18. I read it--I despised the book. It took all I had to keep on reading it. I thought it was poorly written and I am just not a fan of dystopia. All that said, I wouldn't have a problem with tweens reading it. My teenage son has not expressed interest in reading it. My best friend loves all the books...
  19. :) I get just about all of ds2 clothes from Carters or OshKosh. He's 18 months old and a tad on the small side. I have found that their clothes run pretty much according to their size chart.
  20. It's your house, do what you wish :) I have things that I do everyday and break cleaning down that way.
  21. OshKosh or do you have a Baskins near you?
