I agree, it depends on the 18 year old and the family. I'm sure it's very hard on any family considering that decision. -
We have very plush-fluffy white towels in our master bath. I pretty much just wash them in hot with All-Free and clear, no bleach and they are still bright white.

My niece is selling them out West; so, I'm purchasing 5 boxes for her troop to eat there. I have very mixed feelings about little kids selling things. And I feel the cookies are so expensive, that a few years ago I started refusing to eat them. I'll admit that I used to look forward to thin-mints before I gave up sweets.

They just need you to be their mom; not a perfect person who weathers this storm with a smile and grace, just their mom (who is hurting) and slowly making her way through a very difficult time. :grouphug: Please, please call your counselor again to help you get through this. :grouphug:

No, I wouldn't want to waste my time watching their commercial... That said, listening to the radio this morning...They were discussing his needing to get this over with so...he can begin competing in triathlons...gag! :ohmy: He should be banned from all sports imo. Who would want to compete against him! He dopes, cheats, lies, threatens and sues anyone who dares to question him. -

I never kept it in the house, but if they wanted it at a restaurant that was okay with me. One of mine would never drink it, and ds enjoys a nice rootbeer ever now and then.

It sounds like this could work with a little effort on your part. Is there any way to pre-organize help for your parents to watch the girls? School will be out then; a summer teen might be someone who could help with laundry and childcare.

I'd let it go unless she has books in her possession that you really want back, because I think it could get ugly. You were pretty clear and she didn't listen to anything you said...kwim? It sounds like she is on the surface totally agreeable, but she is going to do what she wants to.
