Cecropia
Bacon and melted cheese probably go well over most cooked vegetables. A big plate of steaming broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, green beans, asparagus... Or you could do baked potatoes. With a dollop of sour cream and green onions on top, too. umsami
I would toss it with pasta. If your kids don't like a carbonara/alfredo type sauce, maybe put it in mac-n-cheese? You could also do breakfast for dinner....so in my house, we'd serve it with pancakes or waffles.

Miss Tick
This is from Grandma's cookbook: Noodle Peach Casserole Boil egg noodles, drain, add a bit of butter. Mix 1 c. Brown sugar ¼ c. Butter 1 egg yolk, beaten ½ t. Cinnamon Pour over 10-12 peach halves Bake at 375° until mixture and peaches are slightly browned. Put noodles in greased 9X13 and pour peach mixture over adding peach juice if it seems too dry. Meanwhile, fry as much bacon as you like and place on top. Return to oven to heat thoroughly. The recipe comes right between where the deserts dip and the entrees start. Probably because this was created before bacon became an acceptable dessert ingredient. nd293
I forgot to switch on the slow cooker when I went out earlier today which led to a Dinner Crisis. We had pasta that cooked in 6 minutes and I chopped and fried bacon in that time. Ds9 had that. Dd and I had carbonara sauce (just egg and Parmesan) topped with bacon, chilli and walnuts. Bacon cheese toasted sandwiches are good. Or baked potato topped with bacon and cheese sauce.
Katy
Wrap it around asparagus, green beans, other veggies, or any sort of protein (steaks, chicken breasts with Parmesan cheese, etc).

LucyStoner
Pizza. I love bacon and artichoke hearts. Plus you can use your cheese and dough is easy peasy to make or buy. Or bacon, baked beans and collards with garlic. That's a yummy dinner. Edited August 5, 2016 by LucyStoner
Twigs
Bacon doesn't need anything else. It is sufficient in itself!
