Popular Post Joanne
It's a small Presbyterian college. And I mean small! About 1000 students. I went to a very similar college in NC. They gave the best aid and tuition combo. After all was said and officially done, they came up with an additional $4500 after my "verified" FAFSA process. (don't judge) I applied for the Plus loan, hoping for a decline. I'll end up paying hundreds a month, but I can do that as long as I keep or find a handful of private clients. She's finally able to get excited. Oh, and she graduated High School as salutatorian, with a service cord, with honors, and on high honor roll. And was given the PTSA award for student service. She won the "commitment" core value award. Her neck hurt from all the earned awards. ;) She is a Nanny this summer, and will have to also do Work Study on campus.

katilac
J, in case you haven't seen this (regarding adverse credit events that make one ineligible for Parent Plus): https://www.edvisors.com/college-loans/terms/adverse-credit-history/ You might be able to get a better idea of your chances. I hope they reject you!
