Popular Post JennW in SoCal
My youngest ds, who has just finished his junior year, has to stay on campus a few extra days before coming home all because he has to attend a little ceremony. Just a ceremony for initiation into ... Phi Beta Kappa!! He also received a prize for highest academic standing among his class in his major department. Not a bad way to finish a semester where he was feeling burned out. Between these awards and some down time at home over the summer I think he will be revived and ready for his senior year come fall.

creekland
More room? This section can never fill up. How else are we to know what's going on with our family? Once a mama (or papa) joins here, their kids are no longer "just" their own. ps Congrats! And thanks for sharing.

Teachin'Mine
Jenn I remember when I was first reading on the college board to get a peek ahead. The talk of college dorms and visits home and all seemed so foreign and far off into the future back then. It's wonderful to hear the continued progress and such great accomplishments. He must be thrilled to receive such an honor and you must be so proud of him! Awesome!

Laurel-in-CA
Congratulations. That's a hard-work, hard-won honor. Only a sign of things to come, I'm sure. And an honor to the parents who helped lay that foundation.
