ProudGrandma
that's it...what do YOU like to snack on??
Pawz4me
I'm not a big snacker because I don't get hungry between meals very often. But on the rare occasion I am so inclined, I tend toward crunchy, salty stuff. Pretzels, snack mix, popcorn. During hot whether if I want a snack it's usually fruit. Chris in VA
cheese and crackers, blueberries (if I'm watching my diet better), popcorn, things that have little pieces I can eat over a period of time.
shukriyya
Dark chocolate, Turkish apricots, raw carrots, unsalted nuts--raw walnuts, raw almonds or roasted hazelnuts. Obviously not all at once
Spryte
Healthy snacks? Or when I just don't care and need a snack that calls from the fridge? Cheese. Seriously aged, yummy cheese. Plus something salty and crunchy with it. Or honeycrisp apples and cheese, mmm... Lately all the Olympic commercials for Smokehouse Almonds are making me crave those, too, because I loved them way back before we had nut allergies in the house... please, someone eat some so I can live vicariously through you! Crackers with mustard and pepperjack cheese Uncured pepperoni and Parmesan cheese Carrots Potato chips with homemade dip (sour cream with seasonings) Tortilla chips with sour cream, salsa or taco sauce, cheese, and/or chicken Occasionally I will crave a sweet snack and have apples or dark chocolate. Or maybe a snack cake when I'm feeling indulgent.
BarbecueMom
I cut my kids' sandwich crusts off, put them in a bag in the fridge, then snack on those later. They caught on and have started requesting their entire sandwich at meal time.

shukriyya
Honey crisp apple is a variety of apple, sweet-tart and crunchy. Corn thins are rice cakes but made from corn and more compressed.
Mergath
Dried apricots, roasted seaweed snacks, beef jerky, cheese, Fritos, anything with chocolate.
Danestress
I have a serious issue with compulsive eating of Trader Joe's peanut butter pretzels. I don't even like peanut butter, as a rule. But I can't leave these alone.
Sara in AZ
Trail mix, with lots of chocolate in it. That sweet and salty one from TJ's is addictive.
Kari C in SC
I got a dyhydrator for Christmas. Lately my favorite thing to have are apple chips. I have also been making fruit rolls. Can't wait to make strawberry fruit rolls and dried peaches. This is really helping my sweet tooth to stay out of the chocolate.
mamaraby
Popcorn popped in a little coconut oil sprinkled with nutritional yeast and a little salt. We've been watching videos for science lately and it's become my favorite part of the day. Oh, and some really simple hot chocolate to go with it (ds found the recipe). Both are so simple that they're an almost daily thing here.
Desert Strawberry
Popcorn popped in coconut oil with Himalayan pink salt. Nuts. Occasionally arare (Japanese rice crackers). Chips and salsa. Single serving vegan cupcakes. Potato chips are more of a binge than a snack.
jewellsmommy
Popcorn (popped with my whirly pop), Trader Joe's Smoky Peach salsa (sooo yummy) and tortilla chips, chocolate covered pomegranate pieces, cashews, pistachios, pepperonis and cheddar cheese, chocolate covered pretzels, and pretty much any fruit

ThatHomeschoolDad
Oddly, pancreatitis re-introduced me to rice cakes, which I used to loathe. Now I git me my crunch, salt, and a teeny bit of fat, but not enough to cause trouble. Go figure.
Mom in High Heels
Cereal. I could eat cereal ALL DAY (except for breakfast :ack2: ). I also like cheese and crackers, popcorn (but only at night), and dark chocolate.
