mommaduck
Tonight was sinigang with shrimp, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, stewed tomatoes, and rice noodles...eaten with pita bread (takes the edge off of the sourness for the kids). I fix this when colds are going through the area. A friend of mine has a bad cold that is affecting her lungs and asthma, so I made it with plenty to send over for their supper as well. ~Tara~
Pancakes and bacon. We need to go shopping. ;) Not that I wouldn't eat pancakes and bacon otherwise, but, the fact that we need to shop is the reason we are having that, and just that, tonight.
