We have been watching liberty kids and myth busters a lot. dd2 loves anything with sea animals so we watch lots of that too. I started watching "My so called life" lol
ChristusG
You mean just educational? I have Jeff Corwin, Beakman's World, Liberty's Kids, and some Leapfrog shows. I still have very young kids so not too many in depth things. As for other shows, we have tons of things from kids shows like Angelina Ballerina, Pink Panther, Dora the Explorer to shows for DH like Psych and Bones. I haven't found anything for me here lately. I tried out both Psych and Bones and didn't care for them. I tried out the Secret Life of the American Teenager and didn't care for it. We finished up all of Lie To Me. So I'm stuck with no Netflix right now. But that's okay because I have quite a few shows on regular TV that I'm hooked on right now.
Carrie12345
Ds says we have three-hundred-something in our queue. That's not counting the thousands of recommendations that show up when we scroll through on the XBox. You name it, it's probably on our list, somewhere! Also - am gradually watching all the 3rd Rock From the Sun shows I never saw when they first came out. I love that show!

Luckymama
Reading these lists may make convincing dh to sign up for Netflix streaming much easier :D "But look at all the documentaries, Mike!"
secular_mom
I have WAY too many things to list: 496 The kids use it though, and they are always adding kid shows and kid movies. Here's a random sampling of what I have in there though- I don't always delete things after I have watched them because sometimes DD or DH will want to watch it again or they don't watch it with me the first time, and sometimes DS wants to watch things over and over and over. Ringers: Lord of the Fans (oops, that one is saved, no longer on instant) Doctor Who (I think every one available on instant is in our queue) Mountain Patrol: Kekexili (oops, that one is saved, no longer on instant) Ong Bak Practical Magic Ouran High School Host Club Rang De Basanti A/k/a Tommy Chong Ondine Moribito Downtown Abbey Legend of the Seeker A Touch of Frost The Road Home Drunken Master The Gleaners and I the Four Noble Truths Psych Firefly A Bit of Fry and Laurie The Catherine Tate Show Cake Boss 180 South Mythbusters This Emotional Life Torchwood The Silver Stallion Wow, most of the stuff in my queue is kid stuff- I really REALLY wish I could have a separate instant queue for them, now I know why it takes me so long to scroll through and find MY movies on the PS3- I usually give up and just do a search if I'm looking for a specific title. I think I'll go tidy up my instant queue now and put all of my stuff at the top at least.

I am going to have to wait until my computer is up again so I can print it out and then check it at my leisure. Thanks though. Some of these look interesting. KidsHappen
Holy cow, Batman! :001_huh: I thought my list was unmanageable with just 39 items. How in the world do you find what you are looking for on your list if it is that long? When I want to watch something, I just scroll down my que and pick something that looks good. I even try to put them in order of what I would like to watch first. That would be much harder to do with pages and pages of movies.

LOL, we tend to watch old TV Series, so frequently when we want to watch the next episode of something it's in the 'recently watched' section at the top of the page so we can easily go straight to it. I just went through it though, and all the adult shows/movies I clicked 'move to top' so now the top 120 or so are all the things that we watch or want to watch- the rest is kid stuff. I know now that any time I add something to Instant, I'll just click 'move to top' so my stuff will always be the top portion of the queue, and the kids can start at the bottom and go up.
