It's getting expensive to dress like a homeschool mom

I had a jumper similar to that one in high school in the late 80's--only mine was acid-washed. :coolgleamA:

Oh, acid wash! The Dalmation puppy of denim!

I had a dress like this one when I met DH. He called it my "knock out dress." http://www.monroeandmain.com/Stretch-Denim-Dress-A.pro?source=c001&code=apparel-and-accessories&medium=inhaus&link=878015&cm_mmc=google-_-pla_campaign_computer-_-apparel-and-accessories-_-MM_201709_0712_5&promoCode=MMPLA10PSep17&CAGPSPN=pla&CAAGID=31735631242&CATCI=pla-223042429751&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIlqSdovOb1gIVBVmGCh19eAmeEAQYBiABEgJgafD_BwE

This was in an article in the Sunday section of the Chicago Tribune about "must-have" denim https://www.net-a-porter.com/us/en/product/899242

It looks an awful lot like a dowdy denim jumper for $625.

I actually like that too, although I'm not a jumper person in general. I do have a long velvet one that I sometimes wear to church when it's blustery. Our church is in a windy area and has no insulation.

I had a nursing jumper when I had babies and loved it. It had nice pockets and was great to throw on when my jeans didn't fit so great.
