AnnE-girl
This was in an article in the Sunday section of the Chicago Tribune about "must-have" denim https://www.net-a-porter.com/us/en/product/899242 It looks an awful lot like a dowdy denim jumper for $625.
Mrs_JWM
Ha! I think you can easily find a similar dress at any big-box retailer. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
hellen
Not a fan of the current mom jean trend. Those high waisted jeans don't even look good on models. http://m.asos.com/us/boohoo/boohoo-turn-up-hem-mom-jeans/prd/8257751?clr=blue&cid=20310&pgesize=50&pge=0&totalstyles=150&gridsize=2&gridrow=6&gridcolumn=1

I actually rather like that, although I'm not big on midi length. And I of course would not pay $625 for it.

MercyA
I had a jumper similar to that one in high school in the late 80's--only mine was acid-washed. :coolgleamA:

The Dalmation puppy of denim! I had a dress like this one when I met DH. heartlikealion
Not my style, but I think it looks better with the belt in the photos. I feel like if I tried to do that IRL the belt would slide around since there are no belt loops on the denim.
Ali in OR
And why does one need to hand wash a 100% cotton denim jumper? Definitely does not fit the homeschool lifestyle. Edited September 11, 2017 by Ali in OR

dirty ethel rackham
I saw that today and thought the same thing. It was too similar to a denim dress I used to own (before I even knew that there was a homeschool uniform.) Glad you informed us how trendy we were.
gardenmom5
I remember the 80s with fitted designer jeans, meant to be worn with stilettos, silk blouses and gold jewelry for the "school run". those jeans would be about $227 today.
Carol in Cal.
This reminds me of the Famous Big Deal Designer who designed a purse that looked eerily similar to a blue Ikea shopping bag.

I actually like that too, although I'm not a jumper person in general. I do have a long velvet one that I sometimes wear to church when it's blustery. Our church is in a windy area and has no insulation. I had a nursing jumper when I had babies and loved it. It had nice pockets and was great to throw on when my jeans didn't fit so great.
