I have lost 15 pounds since May 1st woohoo

I weighed 120 in my avatar pix so would like to get back to that. Since May 1st I have eaten no sugar and low carb. I track my food intake on Sparkpeople and am eating about 1000-1200 calories a day (I am only 5 feet so really need only that much in calories). I am rarely hungry now. When I ate carbs, I was always hungry. I am eating lots of chicken, salmon, veggies, salads and cheese, some almonds. And protein drinks. So 15 down and some more to go.

Way to go! Keep it up! I'm trying to lose 50 lbs. All baby weight/depression eating from 2 back to back pregnancies (one that I lost at 15 weeks and the other resulting in my healthy, happy 5 month old.) For me the first 2 weeks are the hardest geberally, so far week 1 is going great
