Pippen
Those sandwiches look wonderful! They're yummy. I always make them with yellow and red peppers instead of the green so the pepper flavor isn't so overpowering.
Coffeemama
Pulled pork sandwiches....it's been it the crockpot all day:D
Annie Laurie
Homemade chicken noodle soup in the crockpot, salad, and some artisan bread. I would skip the bread, since the kids are usually too excited to eat much anyway, and it's just more carbs, but my parents are coming over to have dinner and see the kids in their costumes so I didn't want to make it too skimpy. DianeW88
Hot dog "mummies", "eyeball" jello, punch with dry ice, a skeleton made out of cut veggies with a hollowed out purple cabbage for a head containing dip....because then you can dip your veggies in his "brains". ;) Decorated cupcakes for dessert. Happy Halloween!!!! :D

gaillardia
We started a tradition a few years ago of tempura, stir-fry or Chinese carryout for dinner on Halloween night. Some years I've been a party-pooper and the kids didn't go trick or treating but at least we have this other tradition in place, and we love it.
