Those are suggestions. Are the sears toolkit child's version or adults? I have wanted to get the child's tool kit with all the tools but just miniature versions at lowes but they usually are out when I am there. Maybe I will try sears

Tis was just so pathetic it was hilarious. All the reviews I saw on the website were for the desserts which I doubt that she makes. They just seem like two whackamoles.

I think I will allow your dd to write to H and let her know she is there if she want to talk. With what she is going through with her dad, she might've be embarrassed and not want to initiate the friendship again. Then you need to talk to your dd about looking for other avenues for friendships, maybe have have friends from ballet over. Even if they renew the friendship, it will likely not be the same and she does need other friends.

I didn't realize I was that easy. I only used the CAT in first and second grades though. I found it served my purpose of gentle introduction to testing.

I think it's nice to share recipes. I don't care if someone else makes a dish and brings it to the family event. It's just a dish. It's the event and the people or family being together that makes it special.

I really do think things change and she might find her self changing curriculum still. I think it's better to chose what she and her child both like and go from their. I use Mep and love it but I don't know what my k'er will be using in 5 yrs based on what I see with beast academy.

I love MEP math enhancement program for elementary. It I'd available free online though you still might need to print . It is a spiral program but very solid for elementary

I generally ask my kids what they liked the most and will like to do next year. We discuss their subjects and I take their inputs into consideration. I ask what kind of field trips they will like to go. My older dd now has some ideas so we try to incorporate them. I ask what changes they will like to see, how to structure their days etc

I remembered when we went to England and did the Tower of London tour. My Dh got annoyed with all the "and that was when they cut off his/ her head talk". Most of history is just gruesome and ugly. When we did ancients, what my kids remembered most were- this kingdoms taking over and fighting a war with that one. It was just one war after another.

I don't think I will group your Dh with others quizzing him. He can explain to his da what he did and then his dad can ask him questions based on what he was told. My kiddo might tell her dad hat she learnt about the 3's times table so my Dh might ask what is 3x 6. He knows not to ask what is 3x 24 as he will not get an answer. I generally don't allow other people to quiz my kids as there is no win there.
