  1. :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: You are not a horrible person. Right now it is your job to sit and recover. I remember the horrid recovery time on my surgery, I literally sat in tears as others did everything. One friend even came daily to clean out the litter boxes! Take any help you can get, you will be on your feet in no time.
  2. Could someone pm me the address please?
  3. I just ran across this same subject on facebook and was intrigued. I picked up some coconut oil and started yesterday. I'm curious to see what my dentist will say about it at my appointment next week.
  4. :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: I've been there. Make a doctor appt. Call tomorrow, first thing. Don't talk yourself out of it. Just do it. I know you can, because if I could do it, so can you.
  5. finish folding laundry finish organizing pantry clean out cabinet in play room (this one I might not come back from- I put it off too long and I'll likely be buried under an avalanche of stuff)
  6. While stopping at a stop light and who pulls up next to you but an old man on a moped in a banana hammock. :scared:
  7. My dad worked in a magazine/paper factory his whole working life. Dh worked in one while going to tech school. I worked in a magazine factory the summer between high school and tech school. I bought my first car with that money. :thumbup1:
  8. I silently cry when dd12 needs new ones. She is very sensitive and the only ones that work for her are the Champion sports bras. They are tagless and the writing doesn't bother her like it did on the other brands.
  9. I'm sure that I'm one that you are talking about. I was seriously looking into homeschooling a couple of years back, joined the boards, learned so much my head exploded so I decided to stay. Dh put the kibosh on homeschooling so I'm a homeschooling wanabe.

  11. I sprained my ankle in mid December and did I think 5 weeks of PT. I really think it helped. I feel much more confident on my ankle now.

  13. Oh I know what you mean about being in tears as the game goes along. My girls and I vowed to never play monopoly again with dh. He always owns all the properties while we are homeless and out of cash. :001_smile:

  15. Still winter here. But dh is going to rip out some lathe and plaster next weekend so that will make a huge dusty mess. I'll have to deep clean everything after that.
  16. I didn't change the batteries in the smoke detectors on Sunday for daylight savings time. Last night not only one, not two, but three separate times I had to get up to remove a battery from a chirping smoke detector! I'm so tired! Searching through the house in the dark of night to find the offending detector, cats following me, dogs wondering what in the world I was doing, trying to be quiet as to not wake up the kids. :nopity: Lesson learned, never again will I neglect changing out the batteries on the proper day.
